医用RSH微波仪在冷冻组织印片Feulgen染色中的应用

快速冷冻是目前病理术中快速诊断应用最广泛的方法之一,但由于冷冻易造成组织细胞的变形、不易做连续切片、不易切成薄片,故冷冻诊断风险性很大。传统的Feulgen染色[1]及改良Feulgen染色[2]时间长,不适合辅助冷冻快速诊断。本研究使用专业的医疗设备对新鲜组织印片进行Feulgen染色后,利用全自动DNA图像分析系统判定结果,探讨该技术在辅助快速冷冻诊断中的应用价值。 Rapid freezing is one of the most widely used methods for rapid diagnosis in pathological operation. However, the freezing diagnosis is very risky due to the deformation of the tissue cells easily caused by freezing, difficult to do continuous slicing and not easily sliced. The traditional Feulgen staining [1] and modified Feulgen staining [2] take a long time and are not suitable for the rapid diagnosis of assisted freezing. In this study, we used professional medical equipment to perform the staining of Feissin stains on fresh tissue and used the automatic DNA image analysis system to determine the result, and discussed the application value of this technique in the auxiliary rapid freezing diagnosis.
