Du Liangyun, Senior High Commissioner to be Modified On March 14, 2004, the Second Session of the Tenth National People’s Congress made 14 revisions to the current constitution in China, and reviewed and passed the Fourth Constitutional Amendment. With the promulgation and implementation of the “Constitution Amendment”, some of the contents of the current “High School Ideological and Political Education” textbook (hereinafter referred to as “teaching materials”) on China’s national system have lagged behind the development of political and economic system reforms.
