2014年5月13日《武汉晚报》A28版刊有《中国红灯笼“挂”上唐人街涂鸦墙》一文,开首即写道:“曼哈顿唐人街是美国最大的华人社区,始建于上世纪19世纪中叶。”著名的曼哈顿唐人街确实始建于19世纪中叶,但那是“上世纪”吗?该文刊登在2014年5月份的报纸上,既然2014年是2 1世纪初叶,那么它的上世纪应该是20世纪,怎么会是“19世纪”呢?该文在时间表述上犯了个概念性错误。
