患儿男,8岁。因发热伴头痛、咽痛、咳嗽1周,肌注青霉素、庆大霉素无效而入院。查体:体温37.9℃,呼吸28次/分,脉搏104次/分,热病容,未见皮疹,口腔粘膜光滑,咽峡部充血,扁桃体Ⅱ°红肿,双肺少许干罗音,余无异常。血WBC11.4×10~9/L,N78%,L22%。ESR 22mm/h。诊断:急性咽炎、支气管炎。住院后继续肌注庆大霉素,并静滴红霉素。在静滴红霉素过程中,患儿突然发热至39.2℃,皮肤搔痒,面颈部和四肢远端出
