我厂制造的T10A钢冷冲模具(如图1、2所示)的生产工艺是:锻造(三火)→退火→机械加工→压印下模,钳工加工修磨刃口部位(留0.03mm的淬火变形量)→淬火及回火→终修磨刃口部位。因热处理淬火变形大或无规律,给终修磨刃口带来困难,影响模具精度,模具间隙不均或大,降低模具使用寿命。改进的工艺是将锻后退火改为余热空冷,即锻造终锻温度为850℃,空气预冷到750~770℃,锻件颜色为暗樱红色,然后淬入5~10%的盐水溶液急剧冷却,试件冷却不超过2min,于500~550℃颜色为棕红色
