为改善ㄊ12ㄐ鋼的淬透性,对鋼的熔煉过程中脫氧制度、化学成分、淬火前原始組織进行了試驗。試驗結果指出:不同熔煉方案使鋼具有不同的淬透性,調整綱中微量錳、鉻、鎳及铜等的含量时淬透性有显著影响。鋼的成分一定时,其淬透性主要决定于鋼的晶粒粗細及淬火前組織。淬火操作对表現鋼的淬透性有明显的影响。
In order to improve the hardenability of ㄐ12 ㄐ steel, the deoxidation system, chemical composition and the original structure before quenching were tested in the process of steel smelting. The test results show that: different smelting schemes make the steel have different hardenability, and have significant effects on the hardenability when adjusting the content of trace manganese, chromium, nickel and copper in the outline. When the composition of steel is certain, its hardenability is mainly determined by the grain size of the steel and the structure before quenching. Quenching operation on the performance of steel hardenability has a significant impact.
