一、企业文化的定义国内外学者对“企业文化”的定义有100多种, 最有影响和最有代表性的有三种: 1.总和说。认为企业文化是企业中的物质和精神文化的总和,是企业管理中硬件和软件的结合。 2.同心圆说。认为企业文化包含三个同心圆。外圆是物质文化,指企业内部的机器设备和生产经营的产品等;中圆是制度文化,包括人际关系,企业领导制度;内圆是精神文化,指企业内的行为规范、价值观念等。
