我院对具有效期药品的登记检查,系采用一种卡片式,经两年来的实际应用,结果尚满意,兹介绍如下,以供参考。取大卡片纸4～5张,每张依序写1966、1967、……等年序字样,再依序订成活页册,称为年卡。再于每张年卡上贴12个小纸袋,并于纸袋上依序写上1月、2月、3月……等字样。每当一批有效期药品经入库检查后,取小卡片纸一张(约7×4cm),登上该批药品的中外文名称、规格、批号、厂牌、制造期、失效期、入库数量,以及简短检查结果等。如此批药品的失效期为1967年8月份,则将此卡片放在1967年年卡上的8月份纸袋中。每批限期药品均经此
