线性代数法已成功地应用于多房室系统,尤其是线性系统的分析中,但它无法以直观、清晰的方式预报房室数非常大情况下的参数值。近来针对肝消除动力学,我们建立一种新“结合模型系统”,采用算术的方法解决参数估算问题,这种算法不同于传统解方程组法或线性代数法,它是根据模型结构,沿系统的输入至输出路径,利用概率计算法则,直接进行参数估算。
Linear algebra has been successfully used in the analysis of multi-chamber systems, especially in linear systems, but it can not predict the values of parameters in a very large number of rooms in an intuitive and clear way.
