1.拆下修理时应检查的问题和采取的措施首先应检查轴与瓦的磨损情况和烧损程度。一般连杆瓦与连杆轴颈烧损较重,主轴瓦与主轴颈烧损较轻或没有烧损。常有以下几种情况: (1)连杆瓦烧损很轻,曲轴没有任何损伤。可用三角刮刀修整瓦烧损部位,并用细砂纸打磨一下即可。对175型柴油机,可把轴瓦接口处的铜垫片去掉1~2片。 (2)连杆瓦烧损严重必须更换新品时,要求曲轴轴颈光洁。轴颈如粘有瓦屑,要用刮刀刮掉。然后用油石轻轻地磨一磨,以光滑洁净为准。 (3)轴颈烧损严重,有较深的沟槽时,必须更换新轴,绝不能凑合。有的机手一看曲轴轴颈不圆滑,便用长布条裹着砂布狠磨曲轴,结果轴颈被磨细成椭圆,致使曲轴报废。
