综合性医院动物实验涉及学科众多 ,专业人员又少 ,所以要求每一个实验动物工作从业人员都能较多地掌握多学科知识 ,对每一学科的实验都能有较深了解 ,便于配合实验 ,提高实验质量。综合性医院特点是进行急性实验较多 ,实验准备期短 ,要求实验动物工作者随时能够开展各种实验 ,所以必须具备扎实的专业基本功和熟练的实验技术。针对此特点 ,主要做了以下工作 :围绕本职工作 ,开展继续教育 ;围绕本学科课题 ,根据职称调整要求 ,开展继续教育 ;根据工作需要 ,有选择地参加短期培训及各级学术活动 ;坚持订阅期刊杂志 ,把握本专业新技术和新动态。
