梅市府〔2008〕82号各县(市、区)人民政府,市府直属和中央、省属驻梅各单位:为妥善解决我市早期离开国有和县以上集体企业人员社会保险问题,保障他们年老后的基本生活,促进社会和谐,经省人民政府同意,决定通过一次性缴费的办法解决这一人群的社会保险问题,现就有关事项通知如下,请遵照执行。
