高应力软岩是一种在高应力环境下强度低、流变性强的的工程软岩体。在这些岩体中掘进巷道显示出来的变形特征与硬岩巷道截然不同。预留刚隙柔层支护在高应力软岩巷道支护工作中起到了有效释放巷道变形能量和控制巷道变形的作用。通过剖析预留刚隙柔层支护中的刚、柔层耦合关系以及耦合支护与围岩的相互作用,对预留刚隙柔层的支护机理做了深入的研究。据此,最后对预留刚隙柔层支护中材料及参数的选择方法给予详细的论述,为高应力软岩硐室的预留刚隙柔层支护提供了合理的设计方法参考。
High-stress soft rock is a kind of engineering soft rock with low strength and high rheology in high-stress environment. The deformation characteristics shown in the tunneling tunnels in these rock masses are quite different from the hard rock tunnels. The reserved soft-shelled support has played an effective role in releasing the deformation energy of the roadway and controlling the deformation of the roadway in the supporting work of high-stress soft rock roadway. By analyzing the coupling between rigid and soft layers and the interaction between coupling support and surrounding rock in reserved soft-shelled support, the supporting mechanism of reserved soft-shelled soft layers is deeply studied. Based on the above, the method of selecting the material and parameters in the soft-shelled support with just-opened gap is given in the end, which provides a reasonable reference for the design of the soft-sheltered retaining bed with high-stress soft rock chamber.
