在平菇生产中,培养基含水量的高低直接影响到菌丝体的生理代谢,有关这方面的报道不多。本文探讨了不同培养基含水量对平菇菌丝体呼吸强度和胞外pH 值变化的影响。
In the production of Pleurotus ostreatus, the level of water content in culture medium directly affects the physiological metabolism of mycelium, and little is reported in this respect. In this paper, the effects of different water contents on the respiration intensity and extracellular pH value of Pleurotus ostreatus were studied.
