滨州市是黄河三角洲高效生态经济区内重要的城市,其发展的优劣,直接影响到黄河三角洲高效生态经济的构建。在深入调查研究的基础上,对滨州加快黄河三角洲高效生态经济区开发提出以下建议:发展现代农业,提高农业综合效益;强力推进工业调整振兴;以打造鲁北商贸物流中心为支撑,构建现代服务业体系;以生态循环模式推进发展方式转变;高效集约利用国土资源;努力解决资金瓶颈;优化发展环境,不断提高服务水平。
Binzhou is an important city in the efficient eco-economic zone of the Yellow River Delta. The pros and cons of its development directly affects the construction of an efficient eco-economy in the Yellow River Delta. On the basis of further investigation and research, this paper puts forward the following suggestions to speed up the development of Binzhou’s efficient eco-economic zone in the Yellow River Delta: developing modern agriculture and improving the overall efficiency of agriculture; vigorously promoting industrial restructuring and rejuvenation; building a modern service based on the Lubei Trade and Logistics Center Industry system; to promote the transformation of the mode of development of ecological cycle model; efficient and intensive use of land resources; efforts to solve the bottleneck of funds; optimize the development environment and continuously improve service levels.
