目的探讨莫沙必利分散片联合多虑平治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将2009年6月～2011年5月就诊于我院消化专科门诊的140例功能性消化不良患者随机分为两组,均给予莫沙必利分散片5 mg,每天3次。治疗组在此基础上给予多虑平25 mg,每晚1次。两组疗程均为4周。在治疗期间观察两组病人临床症状的改善情况。结果观察组症状改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论莫沙比利联合多虑平治疗功能性消化不良能够显著改善临床症状,治疗效果较佳。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mosapride dispersible tablets combined with doxepin in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods A total of 140 patients with dyspeptic dysfunction who were treated in our hospital from June 2009 to May 2011 were randomly divided into two groups. All were given mosapride dispersible tablets 5 mg three times a day. On the basis of this, the treatment group was given doxepin 25 mg once night. Two courses of treatment were 4 weeks. The improvement of clinical symptoms in both groups was observed during treatment. Results The symptom improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Mosapride combined with doxepin in the treatment of functional dyspepsia can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, the treatment effect is better.
