中国近代机制币出现在清朝末年。清政府建立了新的币制即银元制度。本土银元的出现和本土银元走向规范是中国币制上的近代化,而清政府对银元整齐划一的失败也能看到清末币制改革所遭受的阻力。
Modern Chinese coin appeared in the late Qing Dynasty. The Qing government established a new currency system, namely the silver dollar. The emergence of the local silver dollar and the local silver dollar standardization are the modernization of the Chinese currency system. The failure of the Qing government to unify the silver dollar can also see the resistance suffered by the reform of the currency system in the late Qing Dynasty.
