一、选题依据: 生理负担量是人体对运动负荷所引起的生理机能反应。一般生理负担量可以与运动负荷相题并论。运动负荷是指人的有机体在训练中所承受的生理负荷。也就是练习者在训练课中做练习的“量”和“强度”。因为练习的量和练习强度直接影响训练课运动负荷的大小。过去在乒乓球训练课中对练习强度和生理负担量的评定缺乏定量的数据和资料,只凭观察和经验来判断运动负荷的大小。科学依据不足,为了加强乒乓球训练课的科学性,本文对其常用基本技术的练习强度和生理负担量提出了客观评定指标。二、研究方法:
First, the selection of the basis: the physical burden on the human body is caused by the exercise load physiological response. The general physiological burden can be the same as the exercise load. Exercise load refers to the human body in the training of the physical load. That is, practitioners do exercises in the training of “volume” and “intensity.” Because the amount of practice and practice intensity directly affect the training class exercise load size.
