目的探讨综合疗法治疗儿童弱视的疗效。方法将196例269眼弱视患儿在传统屈光矫正加遮盖治疗的基础上予以氦氖激光、光栅、光刷、红闪、后像、精细训练及药物等综合疗法,观察治疗后最佳矫正视力提高的程度。结果基本痊愈216眼(80.29%),进步43眼(15.98%),有效率(96.27%),屈光不正性和斜视性弱视疗效优于屈光参差性弱视。结论综合疗法可有效提高弱视的治愈率和有效率。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of comprehensive therapy on amblyopia in children. Methods One hundred and sixty-six patients (269 eyes) with amblyopia were treated with He-Ne laser, grating, brushing, red flash, posterior image, fine training and medicine on the basis of traditional refractive correction and masking. The results were basically cured 216 eyes (80.29%), improved 43 eyes (15.98%), the effective rate (96.27%), refractive ametropia and strabismic amblyopia better than anisometropic amblyopia. Conclusion The combination therapy can effectively improve the cure rate and efficiency of amblyopia.
