本研究应用HR型医用远红外热像仪检查了55例患口腔颌面部疾病的患者及15例正常对照组。所测病变区有以下特点:颌面部恶性肿物以局部温度增高为主要表现,与相对应区温度高出1-3.5℃,多在2℃以上;下唇癌中央坏死溃烂可表现为中心温度减低,与邻近区低2-2.5℃;颌面部炎症表现为弥散性温度增高,与相对应用高出1-2℃;颞下颌关节疾病表现为颞肌明显温度增高,多双侧对称,与邻近区温度高0.5-1.0℃;颌面部良性肿物及其它肿瘤样病变未见明显规律性变化。作者认为通过热像学检查颌面部病变提供了病变区以血运为基础的温度变化的客观指标,在诊断病变中有一定的参考价值,但必需结合临床考虑。
In this study, 55 patients with oral and maxillofacial diseases and 15 normal controls were examined with a HR-type medical far-infrared camera.
