本文从人力资本理论的角度对当前的图书馆学教育进行经济学分析,认为图书馆学的多学科教育与图书馆的人力资本水平呈现出负相关的关系,并且这种现象会长期保持下去,直到图书馆提供的平均收益不低于图书馆学受教育者的预期收益为止。
This paper analyzes the current education of library science from the perspective of human capital theory and holds that there is a negative correlation between multidisciplinary education in library science and human capital in library and this phenomenon will be maintained for a long time, Until the average income provided by the library is not less than the expected income of library educators.
