The congress unanimously affirmed the main contents of the “Draft for Comment,” saying that the solicitation draft has a clear idea and a more complete content. The system will provide a powerful reference to the organizations and exhibitions throughout the country. The participating experts also proposed amendments to some of the details in the content, and carefully scrutinized some definitions and terminology.
