今年第一季度.中国海洋石油渤海公司勘探部运用自己独创的多功能地层测试工艺对秦皇岛地区的3口井进行地层测试.取得了显著效果.与常规测试工艺相比.这套新的测试工艺大大节省了测试时间.提高了作业时效.稠油地层测试在国内外都是一个难题.稠油地层一般层位浅、岩石胶结疏松、原油粘度大、气油比低、流动性差、自喷能力弱,要达到对地层认识的目的必须借助机采.尤其在冬季.因气温低,高粘稠原油难以流动.几乎不可能认识地层的真实产能.针对这个难题.渤海公司勘探部通过对周边油田广泛的调研工作后,结合渤海的具体情况,认真分析研究,提出了多功能测试工艺,即集防砂、测压、机采及井下和地表加热于一体的测试新工艺,经过现场实际应用,取得了良好的效果.过去,按照常规测试方法至少需要下两次测试管柱,至少要用8天时间才能认识一个地层.采用新工艺后.不论是夏季还是冬季.只需下一次测试管柱就可解决所有问题,而且测试时间减少了二三天,提高了测试时效,降低了测试成本.
