目的:探讨中西医结合救治突发性耳聋的疗效。方法:突发性耳聋患者60例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组用长春西汀注射液、小牛血去蛋白提取物静滴,口服中药制剂泻火治聋冲剂;对照组低分子右旋糖酐、Co-A、ATP静滴。结果:治疗组痊愈10例,显效15例,有效3例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈4例,显效6例,有效12例,总有效率73.33%。经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合救治突发性耳聋的疗效明显,优于单纯西医治疗。
Objective: To explore the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating sudden deafness. Methods: Sudden deafness in 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases. The treatment group with Vinpocetine injection, intravenous infusion of deproteinized calf blood, oral Chinese medicine preparation to relieve diarrhea granules; control group of low molecular weight dextran, Co-A, ATP infusion. Results: The treatment group cured 10 cases, markedly effective in 15 cases, effective in 3 cases, the total effective rate 93.33%. Control group recovered in 4 cases, 6 cases markedly effective in 12 cases, the total effective rate was 73.33%. Statistically significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion: The treatment of sudden deafness with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has obvious curative effect, which is better than that of western medicine alone.
