绍兴市冷冻机械工业总公司是一家专门制作蔬菜脱水设备、蔬菜前处理设备、蔬菜食品速冻设备及风机、冷风机的生产厂家,对蔬菜脱水机的加工制作已有近10年的生产历史,去年公司与上海水产大学联合开发的STJ型脱水机,是一种新型的脱水设备,借鉴了国内外同行的先进经验,其基本原理是:用高温蒸汽通过换热器,使常留空气变成高温干燥空气,再由通风机吹入物料糟内,使蔬菜达到理想脱水状态。该机摒弃了原设计结构笨重、能耗大、产量小、脱水质量差等缺点,增加了温度装置,冷凝水出水输水阀,同时风机在一定范围
