城市规划所是CMCU·中联建筑针对各级政府和各规划局中心工作而设立的主要服务部门,作为各局重要的技术支撑之一。该所大力发展开拓全国各地规划业务。城市规划所成立以来,做了大量的研究性工作与规划编制任务。同时积极探索理论研究,对城市规划遇到的问题进行思考与实践,为各地规划建设做出了大量贡献。城市规划所目前有专业技术人员45名,均为大学本科以上学历,其中高级工程师4名,工程师10名,国家注册规划师4名,硕士研究生5名。团队知识结构合理,创新意识较强,多次承担市政府重大项目规划研究与编制任务,取得优异的成绩,得到了一致的肯定。
The Urban Planning Institute is the main service department set up by CMCU and Zoomlion for the work of all levels of government and planning bureau centers, and serves as one of the major technical supports for each bureau. The Institute vigorously develop the planning business throughout the country. Since the establishment of the urban planning institute, a great deal of research work and planning tasks have been done. At the same time, it actively explores theoretical research, ponders over and practices the problems encountered in urban planning, and makes substantial contributions to the planning and construction in various places. There are currently 45 professional and technical personnel in the city planning institutes, all of whom are undergraduates or above, including 4 senior engineers, 10 engineers, 4 national registered planners and 5 postgraduates. The team has a well-structured knowledge base and a strong sense of innovation. It undertakes many tasks in the planning and researching and planning of major projects of the municipal government and has achieved outstanding results. It has been unanimously approved.
