当前高等职业教育的教师培养制度并不能满足职业教育对“双师型”教师日益增大的需求。本文认为传统体制中培养制度和激励制度的缺失是关键瓶颈,由此导致了“双师型”教师的人才缺口。对此,高等职业教育应该从塑造具有激励效果的制度环境、制定教师的职业生涯发展规划、优化“双师型”教师的工作环境和提高兼职教师的比例等方面进行创新来解决制度上的问题。
