随着中国经济的发展,中国国内企业为谋求自身更好的发展、打造更适合自己的平台,许多企业开始发行自己的股票以筹措更多的发展资金。金融业的发达也让企业股票的发行渠道变得更加的丰富,程序上也更加的便捷。为了对中国股票市场的发展有全方位的掌握,本文从中国民营企业选择H上市这一现象入手,分析中国股票市场的不足,希望为中国股票市场的健康和稳定发展提供有益的理论依据。
With the development of China’s economy, Chinese domestic enterprises seek a better platform for themselves to seek better development of their own. Many enterprises have started to issue their own stocks to raise more funds for development. The development of the financial industry has also made the issuance channels of corporate shares more abundant and the procedures more convenient. In order to have a comprehensive grasp of the development of China’s stock market, this article starts with the phenomenon that Chinese private enterprises choose to market H, analyzes the shortage of China’s stock market and hopes to provide a useful theoretical basis for the healthy and stable development of China’s stock market.
