1992年8月17日,中华人民共和国外交部(92)礼字第119号照会各国驻华大使馆、欧洲共同体委员会驻华代表团,联合国系统组织驻华代表机构,并随照送去中华人民共和国北京动植物检疫局《关于外国驻中国使馆和使馆人员进出境动植物检疫办法的通知》。本刊现将照会附件《通知》予以发表。 关于《通知》第三项,“使馆人员携带伴侣动物入境……”的有关具体规定,要依照1993年农业部和海关总署农(检疫)字第3号文件《关于旅客携带伴侣犬、猫进境的管理规定》执行。
August 17, 1992, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China (92) Letter No. 119 Documentations Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to China, Delegation of the European Commission to China, Representative Office of the UN System Organization in China, and Released to the Chinese People Republic of China Beijing Animal and Plant Quarantine Bureau “on the entry of foreign embassies and embassies in China Import and Export Animal and Plant Quarantine Measures.” This issue will be published as “Annex” to the notice. Regarding the third item of the “Notice”, the relevant specific provisions of “entry of embassy animals by companion animals ...” shall be in accordance with the document No. 3 of Agriculture (Quarantine) of the Ministry of Agriculture and the General Administration of Customs in 1993 on Passenger Carrying Companion Dogs and Cats Entry regulations "to implement.
