食管癌手术发生术后乳糜胸是一种后果严重的并发症，如不及时诊治，可危及生命。1992年5月～1996年12月，我院共行食管癌手术239例，术中发现损伤胸导管5例；术后发生乳糜胸6例，发生率为2．5％；近2年有选择性地为46例食管癌病人术中预防性结扎胸导管主干，效果良好。报告如下
Postoperative chylothorax is a serious complication after esophageal cancer surgery. If it is not treated promptly, it can be life-threatening. From May 1992 to December 1996, 239 cases of esophageal cancer surgery were performed in our hospital. Five cases of injured thoracic ducts were found during operation. Six cases of postoperative chylothorax occurred. The incidence rate was 2.5%. There was a choice in the last 2 years. Forty-six cases of esophageal cancer patients had intraoperative prophylactic ligation of thoracic catheter trunks with good results. The report is as follows
