采用艾氏卡煅烧-硫酸钡重量法和二氧化锰碳酸钠煅烧-(硫代硫酸钠-碘)容量法测定硫化切削油中的硫,操作繁琐费时。我们参阅有关资料,在900°~1000℃条件下,试油在空气流中燃烧,用过氧化氢-硫酸溶液吸收燃烧生成硫的氧化物。硫以硫酸形式存在于溶液中,然后用甲基红-次甲基蓝作指示剂,以标准氢氧化钠溶液滴定。我们使用普通仪器,采取铂丝催化、改变试油复盖物等措施,使吸收时间缩短到5分钟左右。整个分析可在10分钟左右完成。方法具有简便、快速、准确等优点。
