自国家创新体系这一概念产生以后,世界范围内掀起了一个国家创新体系的研究热潮。区域创新体系,作为国家创新体系的重要组成部分,也随后被提出来,并得到了学术界的重视和研究,且在全世界许多地区得到实施。甚至有的学者认为,区域创新体系是一个更适合研究的范畴。因此,研究区域创新体系就显得更为重要,也更具实践价值。笔者在研究区域创新统计过程中,甚感很有必要把区域创新体系的有关理论问题搞清楚。
Since the concept of national innovation system came into being, there has been a worldwide upsurge in the research of a national innovation system. As an important part of the national innovation system, the regional innovation system was also put forward later, got the academic attention and research, and was implemented in many parts of the world. Some scholars even think that the regional innovation system is a more suitable research area. Therefore, it is more important and more practical to study the regional innovation system. In studying the process of regional innovation statistics, it is very necessary for the author to find out the relevant theoretical issues in the regional innovation system.
