我国社会经济水平的快速发展,人们在物质生活得以满足的情况下,人们对于精神文化有着更多的要求,其中少数民族地区中的群众文化工作的开展可以有效地增强各个民族人民的素质能力,对于各个国家与民族之间的团结有着重要的意义,对于社会的稳定、和谐发展也有着重要的作用,但是在实践中现阶段的少数民族地区的群众文化工作还是存在一定的不足与弊端的,对此本文主要基于藏族地区作为例,对于现阶段我国地区藏族群众文化工作的相关问题进行探究,并且提出相关解决措施。
With the rapid development of social and economic level in our country, people have more requirements on spiritual culture in the context of satisfying material life. Carrying out mass cultural work in ethnic minority areas can effectively enhance the quality and ability of all ethnic groups, It also plays an important role in the stability and harmonious development of society. However, there are still some shortcomings and deficiencies in the work of mass culture in the current ethnic minority areas in practice, In this paper, mainly based on the Tibetan region as an example, this article at the present stage to explore the relevant issues of Tibetan cultural work in our region, and propose relevant solutions.
