关于集邮论文的写作规范化问题,早在10年前陈京同志就在《集邮研究》发表过有关论文,惜未引起集邮学术界的广泛重视。而今,中国学术界的浮躁与抄袭越演越烈,最后催生出今年6月教育部《高等学校哲学社会科学学术规范》(试行)的颁布。因此,在今年8月全国集邮学术工作培训研讨班上,陈京同志再次就此问题作了全面阐述和分析,并进行了新的补充和完善。现全文发表,供集邮论文写作者参考。
As for the standardization of the writing of philatelic papers, Comrade Chen Jing published relevant papers as early as 10 years ago on the study of philately. However, it did not arouse the widespread attention of philatelic academic circles. Nowadays, the fickleness and plagiarism of Chinese academia have intensified, finally giving birth to the promulgation of the “Academic Standards for Philosophy and Social Science in Colleges and Universities by the Ministry of Education (Trial Version)” in June this year.
