目的通过对拥有放治疗的医疗机构的放射工作人员的基本情况现状调查与分析,全面了解河北省放射治疗单位的放射工作人员特别是医学物理师的医疗照射现状。方法 2013年,我省开展放射治疗的医疗机构共93家,采用统一电子制式调查表格进行内容项目填写,医疗机构在规定的时间内通过邮件返回调查表。结果 2013年底全省有放射治疗的医疗机构是93家,放射治疗设备121台,放射工作人员788人,物理师127人,平均6.2个放射工作人员中有1个物理师,平均每台放射治疗设备拥有1.05个物理师。结论目前我省共有放射治疗医学物理师127人,比起是零的1998年已经有了很大进步,但平均到每个单位也仅仅是1.37人,平均到每台放射治疗设备是1名物理师。目前我省放疗医师与物理人员之比是6.2∶1,数量上远远没有达到需求,应引起放射诊疗单位和卫生计生行政部门的足够重视,采取相应的有效措施予以解决。
Objective To investigate and analyze the status quo of the basic situation of radiological workers in medical institutions that have radiotherapy and treatment, so as to fully understand the current status of medical radiological staff in Hebei radiotherapy units, especially medical physicists. Methods In 2013, a total of 93 medical institutions engaged in radiation therapy in our province completed the content items using the unified electronic survey form, and the medical institutions returned the questionnaires by mail within the prescribed time. Results By the end of 2013, there were 93 medical institutions with radiotherapy in the whole province, 121 radiotherapy equipment, 788 radiological staff and 127 physicists. Among them, there were 1 physician in an average of 6.2 radiological staff and the average number of radiotherapy units per radiotherapy The device has 1.05 physicists. Conclusion At present, there are 127 radiotherapy medical physicists in our province. Compared with 1998, a great improvement has been made in 1998. However, on average, each unit is only 1.37 people. On average, each radiotherapy equipment is a physical division. At present, the ratio of radiotherapy physicians and physical staffs in our province is 6.2: 1, which is far from the demand in terms of quantity. It should be given enough attention by the radiological diagnosis and treatment units and the administrative departments of health planning and family planning, and corresponding effective measures should be taken to solve them.
