随着高等职业教育的快速发展,高等职业技术学院之间的竞争日趋激烈,提高高职院的竞争力成为当务之急。本文根据高职教育的发展趋势及其特点,阐述了提高高职院竞争力的四个核心因素,即领导的观念是核力,基础管理是内力,院企合作是外力,学院文化是动力。只有靠核力、强内力、借外力和促动力,才能永续高职院的发展。
With the rapid development of higher vocational education, the competition among higher vocational and technical colleges is becoming fiercer and fiercer, and increasing the competitiveness of higher vocational colleges becomes a top priority. Based on the development trend and characteristics of higher vocational education, this paper expounds four core factors to improve the competitiveness of higher vocational colleges. That is, the concept of leadership is nuclear, basic management is internal force, cooperation between institutes and enterprises is external force, and college culture is the driving force. Only by nuclear force, strong internal force, by external force and motivation, in order to sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
