Tacheng originated from Talbahatai and appeasement cities for short. Tarba Baha’er Mongolian means “Marmot”, but also translated into Tarjakapa, Taraba and Tacabaga Taiwan. At the same time, Mongolian, also referred to here as “Chu Hu Chu” (meaning “wooden bowl”), “Qu Lukuk”, “odd kukuk”, are transliteration of the different writing. Historically, Tacheng had made due contributions to the splendid culture of the Chinese nation. There was also a history of blood and tears. This article intends to conduct a preliminary investigation of several issues related to the history of the evolution of the Tacheng area. Roughness and error are inevitable.
