文章将信息论、模糊物元和层次分析三者结合在一起构成信息嫡模糊物元层次分析法，消除了专家权重分配困难的缺陷，减少人为因素的影响，提高方案决策的可信度。其思路是先建立原油集输工程方案的评价模型，然后根据优选法计算优选阈值，以确定优选对象，最后按优选对象排序，得到原油集输工程的最佳方案并应用于原油集输工程方案的评价。
