目的:观察并且探讨肝硬化患者出现腹水的治疗方案以及治疗效果。方法:将患有肝硬化腹水的28例患者如常给予西类药物进行治疗,同时在此基础上联合给予中医治疗,并且对患者观察3-4周。结果:从临床表现上观察得到症状体征明显消退,肝功能恢复良好,透明质酸逐渐下降,腹水消退时间日益加快等。结论:对患有肝硬化腹水的患者给予中西医结合治疗,可取得极为有效的临床效果。
Objective: To observe and explore the treatment of ascites in patients with cirrhosis and treatment effect. METHODS: Twenty-eight patients with ascites due to cirrhosis were treated with western medicine as usual, while Chinese medicine was given on the basis of this, and the patients were observed for 3-4 weeks. Results: Obvious signs and symptoms were observed from clinical manifestations, liver function recovered well, hyaluronic acid gradually decreased, ascites extinction time is increasing. Conclusion: Integrative treatment of patients with cirrhosis and ascites can achieve extremely effective clinical results.
