目的:探讨不同程度低氧对家兔心电图的影响。 方法:选择家兔30只,随机分为3组,以吸入空气为对照组,吸入125mL/L氮氧混合气体为低氧125mL/L组,吸入85mL/L氮氧混合气体为低氧85mL/L组。急性低氧时间分为5,10,15,20min,分别测定不同低氧时间的心电图变化情况。 结果:与对照组比较,两个急性低氧组心电图变化情况:心率明显减慢(P<0.05),P波时间延长(P<0.05~0.01),电压降低(P<0.05~0.01);P-R,ORS间期延长(P>0.05,<0.01);ST段两组都抬高在基线上,以低氧85mL/L组抬高较明显[实验前,低氧5,10,15,20min分别为(0.109±0.019),(0.120±0.027),(0.132±0.027),(0.163±0.036),(0.167±0.039)mV](P<0.05~0.01);T波电压稍降低但不明显(P>0.05);QT间期延长(P<0.05~0.01);R波电压在低氧125mL/L组升高,而低氧85mL/L组降低(P>0.05);S波深度变浅(P>0.05)。 结论:急性低氧对家兔心电图的影响根据其低氧程度不同有明显的变化。
Objective: To investigate the effects of hypoxia on the electrocardiogram in rabbits. Methods: Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: inhaled air as control group, inhaled 125mL / L of oxygen and nitrogen mixed gas hypoxia 125mL / L group, inhaled 85mL / L of nitrogen and oxygen mixed gas hypoxia 85mL / L group. Acute hypoxia time is divided into 5,10,15,20 min, respectively, different hypoxia time ECG changes. Results: Compared with the control group, the changes of electrocardiogram in the two acute hypoxia groups were significantly lower (P <0.05), P wave prolonged (P <0.05-0.01) and voltage decreased (P <0.05-0.01) , Prolonged ORS interval (P> 0.05, <0.01). ST-segment elevation in both groups was significantly higher than that in hypoxia 85mL / L group [before hypoxia 5,10,15,20min (P <0.05-0.01). The T wave voltage decreased slightly but not significantly (P <0.05-0.01) > 0.05). The QT interval prolonged (P <0.05-0.01). The R wave voltage increased in hypoxia 125mL / L group and decreased in hypoxia 85mL / L group (P> 0.05) > 0.05). Conclusion: The effects of acute hypoxia on the electrocardiogram in rabbits have obvious changes according to the degree of hypoxia.
