患者女,34岁。因间歇性上腹痛2月入院、经胃镜确诊为十二指肠球部溃疡。口服泰胃美880mg每晚1次,两天后出现排尿困难,膀胱充血,尿潴留。停药两天后排尿困难症状消失。再会次服用泰胃美后,排尿困难再次出现、停用该药,上述症状消失。此后改用雷尼替丁治疗。 患者男,41岁。因上服痛2月。确诊为胃溃疡。口服泰胃美800mg,第晚1次。3d后出现排尿困难,尿潴
