上下双室连续刚构渡槽为国内首创,上室为等截面过水箱室,下室为变截面结构箱室,其特点是跨越能力大、结构重量大。本文根据上下双室连续刚构渡槽的结构特点和施工要求,建立了菱形挂篮的空间有限元模型,对挂篮在混凝土浇筑状态、挂篮行走状态两种最不利工况下的受力性能进行分析,对各组成部分的强度、刚度和稳定性进行了计算,提出在传统菱形挂篮桁架杆件内增设补强钢板等改进措施。通过简单改造,制作出了安全合理的上下双室菱形挂篮,可为类似工程的施工提供技术参考和依据。
Up and down double room continuous rigid aqueduct is the pioneer in our country. The upper chamber is a cross-section over-water chamber and the lower chamber is a variable-section structure chamber. It features large spanning capacity and large structure weight. According to the structural features and construction requirements of double-chamber continuous rigid-frame aqueducts, this paper established the space finite element model of diamond-shaped hanging basket, and studied the mechanical properties of the hanging basket under the most unfavorable conditions of concrete pouring and hanging basket walking The strength, stiffness and stability of each component are calculated. The improvement measures such as adding reinforcing steel plate in the traditional diamond truss bar are put forward. Through a simple transformation, produced a safe and rational double-chamber diamond hanging basket, for similar projects to provide technical reference and basis.
