今年的“3.15”又爆出了几个重磅炸弹:业界管理典范、跨国大鳄都榜上有名。“眼见为实”的视频画面,内部员工的一举一动、一言一行,让那原本在消费者心目中树立的光辉而可信赖的形象荡然无存。仿佛多年努力树立的伟岸身形轰然倒地。当承诺不再可靠,当质量不再被保证,当消费者的信赖被一次次无视和践踏时,企业的危机也就不远了。质量就如时间一样精准公平,让那些不重视它投机取巧的企业身败名裂。今天我们特邀两位嘉宾一起讨论质量管理如何制约企业成败。
