信息化作为发展经济的重要生产力已成为社会各界的共识,并导致社会对信息化的需求不断增长,为转型中的电信企业提供了良好的发展机遇。研究、挖掘、把握社会对信息化的需求,是电信企业谋求发展的前提。转型中的电信企业只有把自身的发展融入到社会经济发展的大循环中,最大限度地挖掘潜力,满足社会的需要,才能与时代同行,才能持续稳定地发展。在这方面,新疆电信的做法值得借鉴。近期,我们沿着新疆维吾尔自治区政府与中国电信集团公司签订发展新疆信息化战略合作框架协议的轨迹,走访了新疆电信公司,对新疆电信在服务当地信息化建设中所做的工作进行了梳理。编发此文,希冀新疆电信的做法能对其他电信企业有所裨益,能为广大电信用户全面了解电信公司有所帮助。
As an important productive force for economic development, informatization has become the consensus of all sectors of society and has led to an ever increasing demand for informatization in the society. This has provided a good opportunity for the development of telecommunications enterprises in transition. To study, tap and grasp the demand of society for informationization is the prerequisite for the development of telecommunications enterprises. Only in the transformation of telecommunications companies to integrate their own development into the social and economic development of the cycle, to maximize the potential to meet the needs of society in order to walk with the times in order to continue the steady development. In this regard, the practice of Xinjiang Telecom worth learning. Recently, along the path of signing the framework agreement on the strategic cooperation of informationization in Xinjiang signed by the government of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and China Telecom Corporation, we visited Xinjiang Telecom Company and sorted out the work done by Xinjiang Telecom in the service of local informatization. Editing this article, I hope the practice of Xinjiang Telecom can be beneficial to other telecommunications companies, for the majority of telecom users a full understanding of telecommunications companies to help.
