上海铁合金厂从1961年开始利用小高炉处理贫锰矿生产富锰渣,供给电炉冶炼硅锰合金和中低炭锰铁。十多年来,我们围绕贫锰矿的合理利用,开展群众性的科学实验和综合利用活动,取得一定成果。热装冶炼中炭锰铁的试验就是其中一项。搞这项试验的目的有三:①用户对中、低炭锰铁的需求成倍增加,矿山愈采愈贫,能提供的富矿远远不能满足需要,用贫锰矿生产中炭锰铁成为一个新课题。②生产中炭锰铁的旧工艺流程分
