10月18日,2004“青岛保税区杯”山东省第十三届书画刻字艺术大展赛闭幕暨精品展在泉城济南隆重举行。从夏到秋,历时三个多月,大赛组委会共收到了参赛作品1860多件,有书法(硬笔书法)、国画、篆刻、刻字、木刻、微雕、竹雕、蛋雕、石刻等造型艺术10多个品种。经大展赛评审委员会的认真初评和总评,共评出:一等奖10名,二等奖120名,三等奖100名,优秀奖120名。本次大展赛人选和获奖作品经大赛评委会择优选出200件入选2004年山东省第十三届书画刻字艺术精品展
