The effect of hot deformation on dynamics of thermal fatigue crack′s propagation in high C-Cr wear resistant cast steel was studied. The results show that thermal fatigue crack′s propagation in high C-Cr wear resistant cast steel is keeping with L=bNa(a<1), the speed of thermal fatigue crack′s propagation reduces, and the activation energy of crack′s propagation increases with the rising of hot deformation quantity, when hot deformation quantity is less than 40%. All these changes are due to the changes of carbide morphology and precipitation of granular carbides.
