目的观察复方间苯二酚涂剂联合异维A酸胶丸治疗跖疣的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的60例跖疣患者随机分成两组,各30例。治疗组予复方间苯二酚涂剂外搽联合异维A酸胶丸口服,对照组仅予CO2激光烧灼;在治疗第20和40d时各观察1次并记录。治疗组在治疗结束时检查肝功及血脂,两组还在治疗结束后3个月时观察复发率和疤痕形成情况。结果治疗组痊愈率为83.33%,对照组为78.18%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但是治疗组复发率(1.85%)明显低于对照组(21.81%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方间苯二酚涂剂外搽联合异维A酸胶丸口服治疗跖疣的疗效肯定,复发率低。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of compound resorcinol and isotretinoin capsules in the treatment of plantar warts. Methods The selected 60 cases of plantar warts were randomly divided into two groups, each 30 cases. The treatment group was treated with resorcinol compound Waicha plus Isotretinoin capsules, and the control group was given CO2 laser cautery. Each group was observed and recorded once every 20 and 40 days. The treatment group at the end of treatment to check the liver function and blood lipids, two groups were also observed at the end of treatment 3 months after the recurrence rate and scarring. Results The cure rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 78.18% in the control group, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). However, the recurrence rate (1.85%) in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (21.81%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Compound resorcinol Tu Wa Wa combined with isotretinoin capsules for the treatment of plantar warts certainly positive, low recurrence rate.
