在制备锗点接型晶体二极管时,锗片先以稳态过氧化氢作化学腐蚀,然后用20%KOH 电解液进行电解,则电学特性和稳定性有所改进。如果在过氧化氢化学腐蚀后再以 AgNO_3加 KNO_3电解液用小电流作电解,然后用大电流进行阳极钝化,则可获得更好的特性和稳定性。合金结 P-N-P 晶体三极管采用苏联ΦΓ9或国产ΦΓ9作涂料,在高低温特性,防潮性及电学特性和稳定性方面,不如用国产ΦΓ9与硫化清漆的混合物作涂料可以得到较好的效果。文中讨论了阳极钝化及掺硫的涂料对晶体管特性和稳定性的作用。
