8月2日,管道局EPC总承包建设的铁大线安全改造工程鞍山—大连段原油管道工程(简称鞍大项目)线路主体贯通,此工程投产后,进入东北管网的俄油总输量将达到3×10~4t/a。鞍大项目是国家发改委督办的重点工程,作为东北原油管网的重要组成部分,属中俄二线工程新建漠河—林源输油管道的下游工程,承担着俄油增输任务。此工程投产后,将实现东北地区原有资源的灵活调配,保障东北炼化企业所需原油资源稳定供应。
On August 2, the main railway line of Anshan-Dalian segment crude oil pipeline project (hereinafter referred to as the saddle large project) of the main railway line safety renovation project under EPC general contracting of Pipeline Bureau penetrated. After the project was put into operation, the total volume of Russian oil entering the northeast pipe network Will reach 3 × 10 ~ 4t / a. The saddle project is a key project supervised by the National Development and Reform Commission. As an important part of the Northeast crude oil pipeline network, it is a downstream project of the newly-developed Mohe-Linyuan oil pipeline in the second-line project of China and Russia and undertakes the task of increasing Russian oil transportation. After the project is put into operation, it will realize the flexible deployment of the original resources in northeast China and ensure the stable supply of crude oil resources required by the northeast refining and chemical enterprises.
